Terms of Service

By using our services or website at school.album.ke, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

We offer Kenyan schools domain registration and management (.sc.ke), website creation, Google Workspace setup, and digital visibility services.

2. Contractual Agreement

Schools that enter into our 10-year service plan sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Cancellation of this agreement outside agreed terms may attract penalties.

3. Content Ownership

All content provided by the school (logos, images, historical data) remains the property of the school. Websites built by us are hosted and maintained under our infrastructure.

4. Use of Our Platform

You agree not to use this platform for illegal purposes, spamming, or content that violates Kenyan laws or education policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by user error, content omissions, or third-party service interruptions. While we implement best practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms.
